Third-Party Lending Reports
The Third-Party Lending reports are designed to give lenders visibility on the perceptions of their business in direct comparison to those within their competitive set, from the eyes of the broker. The reports are divided between three competitive sets; major banks, non-major banks and non-bank lenders.
Our clients use these reports as diagnostic competitive analysis tools to help reveal or reinforce their perceptions of the marketplace coupled with their internal statistics to guide their strategic direction.
The questionnaire for this research is conducted in partnership with The Adviser over February and March each year via The Adviser’s annual lender survey with the results available from May. This questionnaire surveys active loan writers and mortgage broker across Australia to uncover their perceptions towards lenders in four key areas; product, support, technology and commission.
The results are analysed by our market research professionals to produce three comprehensive reports that provide granular detail into the performance of each and every lender as well as evaluating the importance of each attribute to provide a predictive analysis of the marketplace.

Broker Group of Choice Reports
The Broker Group of Choice reports are designed to give broker groups and aggregators visibility on the perceptions of mortgage brokers towards Australia’s leading broker groups and aggregators.
Our clients use this report to analyse their position in the recruitment market to ensure they are able to continue to satisfy their existing brokers and guide their strategy in a direction that will encourage brokers to join their group.
The questionnaire for this research is conducted annually in partnership with The Adviser in August each year via The Adviser’s Aggregator Sentiment survey with the results available from October. The questionnaire surveys mortgage brokers across Australia on their attitudes towards their current aggregator over a number of key performance areas and their priorities if they were to switch groups.
The results of the questionnaire are analysed by our market research professionals to produce the Broker Group of Choice report that provide granular detail into the performance of Australia’s leading broker groups and aggregators, detailed profiles of brokers likely to switch and the state of the recruitment market.
