The Broker Group of Choice report gives broker groups and aggregators visibility on the perceptions of mortgage brokers towards Australia’s leading broker groups and aggregators.
The questionnaire for this research is conducted annually in partnership with The Adviser in August each year via The Adviser’s Aggregator Sentiment survey with the results available from October. The questionnaire surveys mortgage brokers across Australia on their attitudes towards their current aggregator over a number of key performance areas and their priorities if they were to switch groups.
The results of the questionnaire are analysed by our market research professionals to produce the Broker Group of Choice report. Coupling the broker’s current group’s performance against their priorities produces a dynamic diagnostic tool for broker groups to review and adjust their recruitment and retention strategy.

Although there are difficulties in switching broker groups, many brokers are looking to take the leap in the near future.”
This year’s Broker Group of Choice report shows that aggregators and broker groups need to understand their brokers if they want to recruit and retain brokers. Broker satisfaction varied significantly between competitors with the general consensus that brokers would like their broker group to do more to help them grow their business.
